Role OverviewThe Business Development Director plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This position leads the development and execution of strategic business development initiatives to increase referral volume, expand market share, and achieve the hospital's patient census goals.
What You Will Do
Conduct market research, develop business plans, establish relationships with key stakeholders, represent the hospital at events, and analyze referral patterns to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with an active license
- Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven success in business development or marketing within the healthcare industry
