Job Description
QIMA is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the North American Food/Agri market. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and optimizing operations. The position reports to the Food Operations Director and requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, business, finance, engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of Major Food certification schemes (BRCGS, SQF, GFSI, FSSC22K, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global matrixed environment.
