Role Overview

Join RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation as a Business Development Manager to focus on lead generation and heavy outbound prospecting to offer tailored solutions that best meet customer needs. This role will be part of the sales team and will require a self-motivated individual with a personable, ambitious, and adaptable personality.

What You Will Do

Understand and perform all processes from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing new accounts, conduct consultative sales discussions, identify cross-selling opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and participate in strategic planning.
