Role OverviewThe Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing a strong pipeline of construction opportunities. This role is primarily market-facing, focused on identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities through relationship development, strategic networking, and targeted pursuit efforts.
What You Will Do
Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified construction opportunities, identify and pursue target clients, projects, and markets aligned with company growth goals, track opportunities from lead generation through contract award, and maintain CRM accuracy.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in estimating, project management, or business development within construction, electrical contracting, or related industries
- Strong technical understanding of estimating, project planning, and construction operations
- Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market analysis, and pursuit management
- Knowledgeable with estimating software, CRM tools, and project management platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional certifications (DBIA, ASPE, LEED, etc.) are a plus
