Job Description
Palmstreet is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help take our Collectibles category to the next level. The role involves acquiring and growing top sellers through strategic outreach, onboarding, coaching, and early-stage relationship building.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in a marketplace or at early- to mid-stage startups
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify, test, and scale new opportunities, not just execute on a defined playbook
  • Proven ability to successfully manage both outbound sales pipelines and strategic accounts
  • Experience onboarding and enabling sellers in both high-touch and scalable ways
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Hubspot or similar CRMs
  • Broad interest in or familiarity with collectibles culture (sports cards, TCG, comics, memorabilia, vintage toys, designer toys, video games, or adjacent verticals) is a strong plus
