Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience AND at least 1 year of staffing experience
  • A High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting white collar positions
  • Knowledge of recruiting blue collar positions is considered an asset
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales
  • Experience in a 360 desk recruitment role
  • Knowledge of Greater Toronto Area market considered an asset
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Highly sales oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Autonomous with a strong sense of urgency, detailed oriented and at ease with multitasking
