Job Description
Candidates must have sales background and experience in developing business relationships. Requires customer relations skills and ability to identify needs and present proposals for new business. Construction sales experience is desirable but not required. This position is based in Houston, TX though it will be covering a multiple state region. Extensive travel & 24/7 on-call availability required.

Requirements

  • Identify and develop new client relationships with railroads and rail-served industries
  • Maintain existing client relationships through regular meetings
  • Generate sales leads
  • Effective communication of client expectations
  • Knowledge of the competitive bidding process and cost analysis
  • Knowledge of outside heavy equipment sales
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
