Job Description
Milliman is seeking a Business Development Manager to work in a fast-growing department in Omaha, NE. They will be responsible for driving new sales and revenue growth, and will work with clients in various areas of the U.S. The position offers a unique blend of stability and structure, with the flexibility to work remotely and a 25-35% travel requirement.
Requirements
Market and present our platform of consulting and underwriting services
Build relationships with health insurance brokers
Work with Health Brokers to present product proposals and expand client referrals
Develop and implement acquisition strategies across various broker segments
Communicate client expectations to our staff to ensure the delivery of our services and fees meets or exceeds our client's expectations
Partner closely with Broker Strategy to leverage platform relationships and drive a feedback loop to enhance our product offerings to ensure attractiveness
Collect feedback from our clients and prospective clients to assist with the enhancement of existing products and development of new products
