Job Description
Join Komatsu and develop strategic sales initiatives across Latin America for the mining Surface Haulage Business Unit. Key responsibilities include developing commercial strategies, building partnerships, and driving high performance across diverse markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in regional sales leadership, preferably within the mining, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales channels and distributor networks across multiple countries, preferably in Latin America.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills with fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to USA operations and throughout Latin American region (up to 70%).
