Business Development Manager needed to achieve Mortgage Loan Originator and branch recruiting objectives, overseeing the full process of identifying leads, nurturing them, and securing qualified Mortgage Loan Originator or branch offices to join the platform.

Requirements

  • Establishes contact with potential candidates in target markets
  • Builds relationships with possible Originator, Sales Manager, Branch Manager recruits and other industry professionals
  • Determines and understands candidate or branch qualifications, performs due diligence and assess a full scope of personnel economics, quality and reputation
  • Abides by company core values in marketing approach
