Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives, identify and secure new commercial construction opportunities, and generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction, managing large-scale multi-million-dollar projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) and a strong understanding of construction scheduling and coordination.
- OSHA 10/30-hour certification Preferred; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
