Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or strategy execution
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for outcomes
  • Experience in direct selling, consumer goods, or a B2B-facing environment
  • Familiarity with onboarding programs, sales enablement tools, or digital adoption strategies
  • Experience working with AI-powered tools or digital experience platforms
  • Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and driving social impact
