Requirements
Fluency in Spanish or another global language (a plus)
6+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or strategy execution
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for outcomes
Experience in direct selling, consumer goods, or a B2B-facing environment
Familiarity with onboarding programs, sales enablement tools, or digital adoption strategies
Experience working with AI-powered tools or digital experience platforms
Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and driving social impact
