Job Description
Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is a commercial vehicle dealer that engages in the business of commercial medium and heavy-duty truck financing and leasing. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive direct originations of titled equipment loans and leases.

Requirements

  • Four-Year College Degree
  • 2 to 4 years commercial loan/lease direct sales experience
  • Strong financial statement analysis skills
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Self-motivated to hit activity targets weekly
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with finance management and senior level executives/owners
  • Focused and goal-oriented
