Job Description
This is a sales & acquisition position in brokerage with 80-90% of time dedicated to proactive cold calling, outbound prospecting, and developing personal client book. The role involves working at the crossroads of sustainability and financial markets, creating value for clients in environmental commodity markets while building a profitable trading portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, trading, or brokerage
  • Native or fully fluent English; Spanish is a strong advantage
  • Solid knowledge of environmental commodity markets and the main drivers of sustainability
  • Proven commercial drive and a successful history of building and monetizing client relationships
  • Analytical mindset combined with a disciplined, structured approach to trading
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills; confident and credible when dealing with clients and senior executives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high energy to succeed in a fast-moving, transaction-heavy environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
