Job Description
RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are seeking a Business Development Representative to focus on onboarding, supporting, and managing new and existing accounts for RTS Carrier Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, and/or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
  • Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
