Job Description
RTS Carrier Services is looking for a Business Development Representative to support and manage new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious, and dynamic sales personality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
  • Passion to learn and relationship driven
  • Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient, while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bilingual skills not required, but a plus
