Job Description
Seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to lead outside sales efforts for a full-service restoration company serving the greater Atlanta market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally within restoration, construction, property services, insurance, or an adjacent industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build referral-based pipelines through consistent field activity and relationship management
  • Strong presentation, communication, and follow-up skills — you are comfortable in front of adjusters, executives, and property owners alike
  • Self-directed with the discipline to manage a full-territory schedule without daily supervision
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily field travel throughout Atlanta metro
