Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Representative to support our growing portfolio of multifamily clients in the Central Florida market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing properties, supporting client success, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
What You Will Do
Build relationships with property managers and onsite teams, conduct regular in-person property visits, support properties with onboarding and service questions, identify opportunities for additional services and revenue expansion, and partner with the Sales team to generate and qualify new opportunities.

Requirements
- Experience in multifamily housing, property management, or a related industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Willingness to travel locally and spend time visiting properties
