Role Overview

Join a fast-growing healthcare technology company as a Business Development Representative on a scaling SMB growth team. The role involves building pipeline through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, and shaping creative growth experiments and campaigns. Travel to conferences and regional events is part of the role, with the goal of growing into an Account Executive role within 6-12 months.

What You Will Do

Generate qualified pipeline through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, ideate and execute creative growth experiments and campaigns, build out new functions and processes, develop deep product and industry knowledge, and travel to conferences and regional events.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has prior BDR or SDR experience, hands-on cold calling and outreach experience, and is charismatic and easy to talk to. Bonus points for startup awareness, a former-athlete background, healthcare experience, or prior experience selling to a similar customer base.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $80K
