Role OverviewThe Business Development Representative will expand lines of service by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources. They will collaborate with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and management to generate referral sources. The representative will also develop strong relationships with key referral sources, identify opportunities for partnering and growth, and manage leads from referral sources.
What You Will Do
The Business Development Representative will perform a variety of tasks, including collaborating with hospital discharge planners, developing strong relationships with referral sources, identifying opportunities for growth, managing leads, and educating patients and families on programs and services. They will also travel frequently within the community, schedule meetings, and develop contacts/referral sources.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, and two or more years of experience in sales and/or marketing. They will also have a valid driver's license and be able to maintain a valid driver's license.
