Role Overview

The Business Development Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, increasing brand awareness, and driving admissions to the facility. This position requires knowledge of Missouri regulations pertaining to addiction treatment and strict adherence to ethical marketing and outreach practices.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives, establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, educate referral partners on the facility's treatment programs, and represent the facility at conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, outreach, or admissions within the healthcare or behavioral health industry
  • Familiarity with Missouri regulations governing addiction treatment services and ethical marketing practices
  • Experience working with referral sources, insurance providers, or community stakeholders in the behavioral health field
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform outreach strategies
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and ethical marketing practices in addiction treatment
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
