Success depends on understanding brand pain points, positioning BM Digital as a growth partner, and converting outreach into pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of outbound sales or BDR experience, preferably in performance marketing, SaaS, or eCommerce tech
  • Strong understanding of the North American market, specifically U.S. and Canadian DTC brands
  • Experience breaking into mid-market and enterprise accounts ($10M–$100M+ revenue)
  • Ability to run research-driven, account-specific outbound campaigns
