The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a front-line sales role responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and closing new business.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred)
  • Familiarity with construction, utilities, and/or hydro-vac industries strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow revenue
  • Independent self-starter with strong strategic thinking skills
  • Comfortable prospecting, networking, and opening new accounts
  • Tech-savvy; experience using CRM systems
