Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to grow new business in the commercial glass and glazing service industry across Missouri. This is a true hunter, field-based sales role focused on building new relationships, developing commercial accounts, and driving revenue through fast-response service solutions and long-term maintenance agreements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management with a proven track record of winning new business
  • Background in commercial construction, glazing, facilities, or building services
  • Experience in outside sales / field-based roles with the ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills
  • Experience selling recurring service contracts, maintenance programs, or long-term B2B solutions
