Role OverviewThe Business Development Specialist will assist the Business Development team in identifying, developing, and securing new recruitment opportunities. The role involves working with the BD and Marketing teams to generate, nurture, and qualify leads, establish client relationships, and coordinate promotional activities. The individual will also manage individual scheduling, perform duties such as coordination of initial meetings at conference and tradeshows, direct communication outreach, campaign development, and working on special projects.
What You Will Do
The Business Development Specialist will coordinate lead qualification and business development activities, including initial prospecting and response, develop and maintain domestic target company lists, serve as the initial point of contact for individuals engaging via marketing campaigns, and conduct initial calls and interactions for domestic lead traffic.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of business experience
- 1-2 years' experience in a sales and marketing environment ideal
- Knowledge of state economic development resources and issues is highly desired
- Driver's license required
