Job Description
HDR is seeking a Business Development Strategist to join our Building Engineering Services team. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, client engagement, proposal development, and development of marketing strategies. The selected candidate will support various projects, including data centers, aerospace clients, commercial real estate, and finance clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading meetings and representing HDR in a professional manner
  • Client interaction is an integral part of the position
  • Coordination with multiple internal teams is required on each opportunity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with proposal development and development of marketing materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
