Role Overview

The Business Employment Services Representative uses specialized knowledge of placement and job development techniques to develop work sites and match program participants to those sites. This role requires developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential employers, recruiting new employers, and conducting employer visits to market program services and recruit new job openings.

What You Will Do

The Business Employment Services Representative will develop job opportunities for special need program participants, assist program participants to develop effective job seeking skills, and refer program participants to potential employers. They will also provide employers with information and other perspectives on employment practices, wage scales, tax incentive programs, and government funded training options.

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Business Administration or related field
