Job Description
The Business HR Partner will serve as a strategic partner to division leadership to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. The role focuses on culture, recruiting top talent, succession planning, leadership development, and core HR operations.

Requirements

  • Partner with division leadership to develop and refine division culture
  • Support talent and leadership pipelines, and ensure HR processes are executed accurately and consistently
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition efforts
  • Support leadership development efforts
  • Execute the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles
  • Own the onboarding experience for new hires
  • Coordinate with corporate payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Serve as a day-to-day HR point of contact for employees and managers
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity
