Business Integration Analyst

As a liaison between the customer's business teams and project delivery team, you will collect business requirements and configurations, configure the product, and provide integration consulting and business process definition. Develop hands-on experience with the product to support customer requirements and perform data analysis.

You will work closely with implementation and project managers to ensure data Service Level Agreements are defined during the project planning phase and consistently met through project hand-off stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• one year of experience with integration consulting or business systems analysis
• experience in the utility industry, specifically in meter data management
• experience with GridStream Meter Data Management System
• technical consulting experience with external customers
• experience with large data set analysis, methodical root cause analysis, and troubleshooting technical issues
• experience designing and implementing integration solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
• experience with UNIX, Oracle Weblogic server, Oracle database, SQL, and PL/SQL
• experience analyzing business requirements, assessing risks, and designing solutions for integrating disparate systems
• experience with data mapping and transformation techniques, including creating and executing data migration plans for system integration
