Role OverviewThe Analyst, BI & Analytics supports the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of dashboards, reports, and data models that enable effective Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) decision-making. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and reliable reporting solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that support SIOP and supply chain performance management. Analyze supply chain, inventory, forecast, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and data validation techniques
- Strong Excel and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize data into business insights
