Role OverviewWe're looking for a customer-obsessed Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst for our data team within our Global Consumer Finance organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing financial data to support business decision-making.
What You Will Do
The role involves building dashboards, generating financial reports, and identifying trends that improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, data analytics, or related field
- Master’s degree in analytics fields (Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Experience with databases and data querying using SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
