Job Description
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with strong analytical skills and a desire to solve problems using data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
0–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields
Experience with BI tools, Power BI preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
Exposure to financial, operational, or KPI-driven reporting environments
