Role Overview

The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will participate in business analysis activities, gather reporting and dashboard requirements, and develop reports and dashboards drawing from multiple data sources. The role involves developing and implementing project plans, collaborating with specialists, and providing ongoing support to maintain the availability, accuracy, and performance of developed reports and dashboards.

What You Will Do

Develop reports and dashboards, facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment. Collaborate with specialists to convert legacy reports to new BI platforms, and deliver training to support effective adoption and use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years significant programming and data analytics experience
  • Strong SQL, SSIS, and SSRS technical skills
  • Proficiency using programming languages & applications (SQL, .NET, MS Office, SSRS, Tableau, Python, R, and Machine Learning techniques)
  • Knowledge of a variety of current and emerging technologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment under deadline pressure
