Business Intelligence Technical Lead (Remote - United States)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Software Development, or Computer Engineering
• Seven (7) years of enterprise analytics software development experience
• Five (5) years of programming experience with data lakes, fabrics, and/or large data sets
• Cloud development experience (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Experience with healthcare data and healthcare related security concepts
• Two (2) years as a senior technical leader of BI/Analytics programs supporting external customers at a global scale
• Hands-on experience in designing full Analytics products and programs
• Experience leading technical design and implementation across multiple teams
• Cloud Development experience with strong background within the AWS ecosystem
• Experience in Python, Spark, and EMR
• Experience in Lakehouse and Fabric architecture
• Experience in Open-Source tools such as Apache Arrow, Parquet, Nifi, Airflow, Superset
• Demonstrated advancement of analytics to Agentic first pipelines such as Langchain
• Highly motivated and a self-starter
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced analytics environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
