The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex commercial litigation, with additional experience in shareholder disputes, white collar matters, and internal investigations.
What You Will Do
Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, handle shareholder disputes, assist with white collar matters and internal investigations, conduct legal research, and develop case strategies.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of significant litigation experience at a comparable law firm
- Strong background in complex commercial litigation
- Experience with one or more of the following: shareholder disputes, white collar matters, internal investigations
- Proven ability to manage project-based assignments and multiple sophisticated matters
- Experience working with and overseeing junior associates and business professionals
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice in Massachusetts, or eligibility for admission, required
Benefits
- Anticipated salary range: $365,000–$420,000 annually
