Role OverviewThe Business Manager oversees the business operations of the Highway, Sanitation, and Fleet Services Division, including customer service, office management, financial processing, sanitation program account administration, billing and invoicing, program research, banner program, budget preparation and reporting, permit assistance, and emergency response support.
What You Will Do
Manage the business operations of the Highway, Sanitation & Fleet Services Divisions, including sanitation billing, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, refunds, and detailed account administration. Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vouchers, vendor payments, and invoices; maintain accurate financial tracking systems, purchasing records, and account balances.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, public administration, or a related field
- five years of progressively responsible experience in municipal or business financial administration, billing, purchasing, or office management, including supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 Hour Construction Industry Safety certification preferred at hire; required within six months
