Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Manager (Assistant Community Manager) to support the day-to-day operations of our conventional apartment community at an Upcoming Property in Las Vegas, NV. This role will involve both on-site accounting and leasing responsibilities, with the Business Manager also acting as the person-in-charge when the Community Manager is absent.

What You Will Do

Manage the financial operations of the apartment community, support the Community Manager, oversee the leasing process, maintain resident files, assist with marketing and advertising, and handle resident relations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in conventional / luxury property management
  • Strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a multi-family apartment community
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining high occupancy rates in apartment communities
  • Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Yardi and/or MRI is a plus
