Job Description
We are seeking a Business Manager (Assistant Property Manager) to support the day-to-day operations of our affordable apartment community at Versa at Civita in San Diego, CA. The role involves both on-site accounting and leasing responsibilities, with the Business Manager also acting as the person-in-charge when the Community Manager is absent. This is a full-time position with full benefits.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in affordable apartment communities
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with affordable properties, HUD, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Section 8, Senior, Rural Development is required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Yardi and/or MRI is a plus
  • Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
