Job Description
We are seeking a Business Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our affordable apartment community at 88 Saratoga Avenue Apts in Santa Clara, CA. This role will involve both on-site accounting and leasing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in affordable apartment communities
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with affordable properties, HUD, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Section 8, Senior, Rural Development (RD)
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of a multi-family apartment community
  • Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Yardi and/or MRI is a plus
