What You Will Do
As Business Office Coordinator, you will manage accounts receivable processes, monitor outstanding balances, maintain timely collection follow-up, track Medicaid applications, and maintain accurate Medicare, Medicaid, private-pay, and third-party insurance information.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of billing or accounts receivable experience

- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to organize detailed information, manage competing priorities, and complete work accurately and on time
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or more advanced level
