Job Description
Unitek Learning, a leading healthcare education organization, is seeking a Business Office Coordinator to support their accounting and operations. The role involves managing accounts receivable, coordinating collection, analyzing accounts, and supporting the Campus Director. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with a schedule from 8am-5pm.
Requirements
Monitor aging of accounts receivable and initiates collection of invoices.
Coordinate and control receivables activity, ensuring timely billing and collections.
Research and investigates customer account issues.
Order, distribute, and receive books, student and office supplies.
Manage campus inventory.
