Job Description
Unitek Learning, a leading healthcare education organization, is seeking a Business Office Coordinator to support their accounting and operations. The role involves managing accounts receivable, coordinating collection, analyzing accounts, and supporting the Campus Director. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with a schedule from 8am-5pm.

Requirements

  • Monitor aging of accounts receivable and initiates collection of invoices.
  • Coordinate and control receivables activity, ensuring timely billing and collections.
  • Research and investigates customer account issues.
  • Order, distribute, and receive books, student and office supplies.
  • Manage campus inventory.
