Role OverviewThe Business Office Director is responsible for the administration of payroll and accounting control functions and procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures. They will also supervise and manage the department team members.
What You Will Do
Perform administrative duties, including recruiting, background checks, payroll, maintenance of personnel files, employee orientation, and benefits. Coordinate all risk management activities and perform, administer, and oversee all accounting functions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with a college course or other education in business administration and/or management, and one to two years of experience in accounting, human resources, and payroll. Ability to effectively train staff and flexibility in work schedule is also required.
