Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee all business functions and personnel, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident trust funds. The BOM will ensure financial systems are accurate, efficient, and compliant with professional accounting practices and governmental regulations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include collecting accounts receivable, supervising Business Office staff, conducting meetings with the Administrator and corporate level personnel, gathering month-end medical reports, and maintaining files for reporting. The BOM will also balance SUM journals, process Medicaid pending conversions, and prepare daily deposits.

Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Associates Degree in Business or at least three (3) years of accounts receivable management experience in health care preferred
