Role Overview

The Business Office Manager is responsible for coordinating overall office management and business operations at the facility. This position oversees and is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, resident monies (including trust accounts), petty cash, and payroll, in addition to the supervision of a receptionist and/or office assistant.

What You Will Do

The Business Office Manager assists the administrator in implementing all business operations according to policies and procedures and maintaining required hospital standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Business or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in a hospital or health-related clinic as a secretary or manager
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in mental health
