Role OverviewThe Business Office Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the overall financial operation of the facility, including programs and activities. They report financial performance to the Administrator and Board of Directors, and identify key performance indicators to promote fiscal health. The Manager develops and implements processes and systems for billing, collections, accounts payable, and payroll accounting, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
The Business Office Manager will develop and implement processes and systems for managing billing, collections, accounts payable, and payroll accounting. They will produce monthly facility income statements, prepare financial records and cost reports for submission to authorized government agencies, and maintain schedules for capital expenses and fixed asset depreciation.
