Job Description
Austin Regional Clinic is hiring a Business Office Patient Call Coordinator to book patient appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience working in a medical setting, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Experience using a PC in a Windows environment
Excellent verbal and written documentation and communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent interpersonal and problem solve skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Windows
