Role Overview

The Business Office Services Manager is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with Friendship's Business Office policies and procedures. This role requires strong insurance knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Daily management of census data, obtaining complete and accurate data for claim/statement creation, managing private collections, and managing resident trust funds in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
