Business Operations Associate (High-Growth Fintech + Logistics) - HireNow Staffing is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join a fast-growing fintech logistics company. The role involves working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Underwriting, and Customer Success to help scale the business.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, BizOps, or a highly analytical role at a high-growth company
  • Bachelor's degree from a top 30 university
  • Strong analytical skillset, including advanced Excel and comfort building structured presentations
  • Proven ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • High-ownership mindset and comfort operating independently in fast-moving environments
  • Structured problem-solver who is highly data-driven and execution-oriented
  • Stable resume with consistent tenure and measurable impact (no jumpy or short-term patterns)
