Requirements

  • 5+ years of business operations, executive support, recruiting, office administration, or contractor management experience
  • Proven “lead by example” approach and strong communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Dynamic CRM platforms, and proficiency in building trust with clients
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
