Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Business Operations & Contractor Manager to connect business operations with independent contractors. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, managing, and supporting contractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, resourceful, and proactive team member with a growth mindset.
Requirements
5+ years of business operations, executive support, recruiting, office administration, or contractor management experience
Proven “lead by example” approach and strong communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Dynamic CRM platforms, and proficiency in building trust with clients
Reliable transportation
Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
