The Business Operations Finance Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, serving as a central liaison between corporate functions and internal teams, and supporting employees and department heads as they navigate key business processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-savvy, and an excellent communicator who is comfortable managing cross-functional processes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in business management, finance operations, or accounting
  • Strong working knowledge of payables, expense management, and general ledger accounting processes
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Concur)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling data and reporting
